From farm to consumer

We bring together procurement, scientific cold storage, quality grading and distribution, so fresh food moves from Nepali farms to markets with less waste.

1 Source

Right product, right season

We source fresh produce directly from Nepal's production pockets and complement it with imports only when local supply is short.

Nepal
Mango, apple, orange, junar, potato, tomato, cauliflower, ginger and other pocket vegetables.
India
Seasonal counter-supply through Sunauli, Raxaul and Panitanki.
China
Apples, nuts and dried fruit, garlic and ginger, by road through Kerung and Korala.

2 Store

Storage matched to each crop

Each chamber holds its commodity at the temperature, humidity and atmosphere it needs. Modified-atmosphere chambers manage CO₂, oxygen and ethylene; frozen and blast-freezing chambers handle frozen foods; dedicated rooms handle ripening and reheating for onion, mango and other commodities.

3 Supply

Reliable supply, all year

Produce is sorted and graded, then supplied year-round to retail, wholesale and institutional customers. Frozen and fresh produce is also held at distribution stores in the Kathmandu Valley.
