We collect the details you send us through the inquiry form: your name, phone number, your message and, if you give it, your email address. If you email or call us, we receive the details you choose to share.
Why we use it
We use these details to reply to your message and to follow up on it. We do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell them.
Consent
When you contact us, you agree that we can use your details to reply, as described here. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.
Who processes it for us
A small number of service providers help us run this website and our email, such as website hosting and email delivery (Brevo). They process your details only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for 24 months, then delete them.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies. We measure visits with cookieless analytics that do not identify you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email info@agrivastu.com and we will reply within a reasonable time. This policy has been prepared with Nepal's Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018) in mind.
