India: seasonal counter-supply
India supplies produce that Nepal cannot grow in volume or out of season. Sourcing is timed to peak harvest and cold-storage stock, entering through Sunauli, Raxaul and Panitanki.

China: premium fruit, nuts and spices
China supplies apples, nuts and dried fruit, garlic and ginger in strong quality. Purchases are planned around harvest and shipped by road through Kerung and Korala.
